Who we are

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site we receive the fields you completed — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, destination and your message. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.

Technical data. Our server keeps standard web logs (a truncated, hashed form of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the pages requested) for security and abuse prevention.

Analytics. We use a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics tool that counts visits and pages. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other websites.

Preferences. If you switch the site to Spanish, that choice is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry about a truck, a service, a shipment or financing; to keep records of quotes we have given; to keep the site secure and to understand which pages people find useful. We do not use your details for anything else.

Who else sees it

Our website and email run on infrastructure operated by our hosting and email providers, who process this data on our instructions only. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We will disclose information if a law or a valid legal request requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Server logs are rotated regularly. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@supermixers.us with the subject line “Privacy” and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have these rights under the GDPR; if you are a California resident you have them under the CCPA.

Children

This site is a business-to-business tool for buying and selling heavy equipment. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
