This site is not an offer
Listings on this site describe equipment we have in stock or expect to have in stock. Specifications, quantities and availability are believed accurate at the time of publication but are not warranted, and units are sold subject to prior sale.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a quotation. Price, condition, inspection terms, freight, export documentation and any warranty are agreed in a separate written sale agreement between you and SuperMixers LLC. Where this site and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.
Equipment is used
Every unit we advertise is used industrial equipment. Photographs show the actual unit at the time they were taken. You are encouraged to inspect a unit, or have it inspected by someone you trust, before you buy.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use our forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Intellectual property
The SuperMixers name and mark, the text, the photographs and the design of this site belong to SuperMixers LLC or its licensors. You may share links to any page. You may not republish our photographs or listings as your own.
No warranties on the site itself
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
